What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve your iluvmae piece before it arrives.

Instead of producing large amounts of stock, we produce based on demand. This helps us reduce waste, maintain quality and keep our drops exclusive.

When will my order ship?

The current estimated dispatch time for pre-orders is:

Approximately 10 weeks

As soon as your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Ordering pre-order and in-stock items together

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once your pre-order item is ready.

If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders

Production timelines

The estimated dispatch time is our best estimate.

Occasionally, production or shipping delays can happen. If this happens, we’ll always keep you updated by email.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the UK, with international shipping available to selected countries.

Processing Times

In-stock items

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items

Pre-orders are currently estimated to dispatch within 10 weeks.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes or duties charged by their country.

These charges are not included in your order total.

Returns

We hope you love your iluvmae order.

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your item and place a new order.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions once they have been delivered

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, underwear or swimwear (if sold in future) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@iluvmae.com, including photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
